The process of procuring safety eyewear includes these 4 simple steps:
Step 1
An authorization form signed by a company representative and given to the employee.
Step 2
The employee visits an authorized F.O. Safety Eyewear dispenser and presents the signed authorization form and a copy of their prescription.
Step 3
The dispenser helps the employee choose a frame that is right for them and takes all necessary measurements.
Step 4
The order is transmitted to our state-of-the-art lab, where it is manufactured and delivered back to the dispenser in 5-8 business days. The employee returns to the store and has the eyewear professionally examined to ensure proper fit, vision, and comfort.
If, for whatever reason, you are not perfectly satisfied with your prescription safety glasses within the first 30 days of use, we will work diligently with them to remedy the issues and will offer a free replacement pair if necessary.
